Quick QuoteWe know it sounds very cliché, But with so many different variables and factors to consider when providing quotation for projects such as type of product, specification of product, accessibility around the property, number of windows and doors to be installed etc. It really does vary from project to project. We will always ensure that our pricing is competitive.
This is another answer that varies slightly depending on the complexity of the installation, the accessibility around the property and size of the product being replaced but as a rule of thumb if it’s a reasonably ‘standard installation’ we aim to install 4 frames a day.
As standard all the work we complete comes with a 10 year in insurance backed guarantee and the full manufactures warranty is upheld.
An Insurance backed guarantee is an insurance policy that covers the original guarantee provided by us. It is extra peace of mind the in the very unlikely event that we cease to trade you will still be able to make a claim on the terms of the original guarantee.
This varies slightly from product to product but we give you the same guarantee that our manufacture gives to us. For example- 10 years against any UPVC discolouration.
We are Assure certified installers allowing us to self-certify our installations with out the need of building control. We are also approved by Suffolk Trust A Trader scheme, meaning we have been vetted and approved by Trading standards.

If you provide us with the relevant information along with some images we are able to provide an estimate remotely (subject to survey).
No, we don’t operate like this. After the initial visit we will go away and prepare the quotation and send it over via email or post if preferred and leave you to make your decision. We do not use any form of pressure selling tactics or fake discounts to persuade you to sign on the day. We will always provide a quote with our best possible price.
Yes, we can replace the double glazed unit while leaving the existing UPVC or aluminium window frame in situ. This can be done purely to upgrade your thermal efficacy or if the glass ends up broken.
The most common visible failings of double glazed units are misting, signs of condensation or water ingress between the 2 panes of glass.
No. We have a wide range of products available to replicate the charm of timber windows with grained colours, mechanical timber joints and heritage hardware. The products we offer are the Timberlook flush casement window and the sliding sash window.
If you’d prefer to keep your timber windows all together but want to improve the energy efficiency and noise pollution you could always investigate adding secondary glazing units to the existing windows.
Yes we try to do our part as best we can. – Old upvc gets recycled to create new window, old timber gets recycled into new building materials and glass gets recycled into new building materials.
Each products range offers a slightly different colour range, most have the same standard colours with select premium colours available. There is always the option to have your products bespoke sprayed to any RAL colour you desire. Please see the specific product brochure for the full range of colours.
An egress easy clean hinge, is a hinge that opens to 90 degrees allowing the maximum opening a window can allow commonly used for windows requiring fire escape. Once the window is open fully there will be the ability to move the opener in slightly to give access to both sides of the double glazing unit to allow you to clean the outside while insides.
